We thoroughly clean all rooms including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, focusing on high-touch surfaces. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped. We also check for blown lightbulbs, working batteries in remotes, reset temperatures, and report any maintenance issues, missing items, and damages found upon request.

Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to ensure a safe environment for your family and guests and their pets.

Can I schedule cleanings on short notice?

Accepted Answer

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your rental calendar and will do our best to meet last-minute requests when possible. We can usually accommodate last minute bookings under 48 hours within a minimal additional fee.

Can I hire one of your cleaners independently to clean my home(s)?

Accepted Answer

Our cleaners are independent professionals assigned through our company. To protect the integrity of our business and our team, clients agree not to directly hire or solicit cleaners introduced through our company. If a client wishes to work directly with a cleaner, a referral fee of $2500 applies.
